2. Reporting Channel for Illegal Content

Anyone can report content they consider illegal under the DSA. The following channels are available:

"Report" button on the platform

Available on each article and comment. Allows you to categorize the type of infraction and add additional context.

Direct email

Send your report to legal@soogus.com indicating: URL of the content, type of infraction, and your contact information.

Response commitment: All reports are reviewed by our human moderation team and will receive a reasoned response within a maximum of 10 business days.


3. Internal Appeal System

If Soogus has made a moderation decision that affects your content or account, you have the right to submit an appeal:

  1. Send your claim to legal@soogus.com within 30 days of the decision notification.
  2. Include: your identification, the disputed decision, and the arguments why you consider the decision to be incorrect.
  3. An independent human team will review your case within a maximum of 15 business days and notify you of the resolution with detailed reasoning.
  4. If the internal resolution is not satisfactory, you can go to the out-of-court dispute resolution bodies certified in the EU: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
