II. Object and Conditions of Use

This Legal Notice regulates the access, navigation, and use of the website soogus.com (hereinafter, "the Portal"), owned by the entity identified in the previous section.

Soogus is a digital intellectual publishing platform that allows registered users to read, create, and share manuscripts, essays, and high-quality analysis. Access to the Portal attributes the status of user and implies the full acceptance of these conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service in force at any given time.

The owner reserves the right to modify, without prior notice, both the contents of the Portal and its conditions of use. Users are responsible for periodically reading these conditions.

III. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All contents of the Portal — including, without limitation, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, graphic design, and source code — are the intellectual property of the owner or third parties with a granted license, and are protected by Spanish and international legislation on intellectual and industrial property.

Authors' Works: Manuscripts and publications created by users of the platform are the intellectual property of their respective authors, who retain full ownership of their works. By publishing on Soogus, the author grants the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, distribute, and display the content in the context of the service.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, and transformation of the contents of the Portal are expressly prohibited without the express authorization of the owner, except for private use and in the terms provided by current legislation.

IV. Limitation of Liability

The owner is not responsible for damages that may derive from:

  • Technical interruptions or failures of the Portal caused by third parties.
  • Content published by users, which is the sole responsibility of their authors.
  • Content generated or assisted by Artificial Intelligence models, which may contain factual errors or "hallucinations". Soogus transparently labels all synthetic content in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act), Article 50.
  • Use that the user makes of the Portal in violation of the law or these conditions.

V. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish and European Union legislation. For the resolution of any dispute arising out of or related to access to or use of the Portal, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Valencia, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the user has the status of a consumer, the dispute will be submitted to the courts of the consumer's domicile.
