Clinical Directives

Soogus Rules.

Soogus is a sanctuary for high-fidelity intelligence. To maintain the integrity of our ecosystem and comply with the European Union's Digital Services Act (DSA), all participants must adhere to these clinical directives.

1. Zero Tolerance for Synthetic Interference

Human-Only Sanctuary: Every interaction on Soogus must be the result of direct human intent. The use of bots, scrapers, agents, or any automated method to navigate, extract, or interact with content is strictly prohibited.

AI Training Ban: You may not use Soogus content to train, refine, or test Artificial Intelligence models or LLMs without an explicit commercial license. Soogus employs advanced agentic sentinels to detect and neutralize unauthorized data harvesting.

Rate Limit Abuse: Any attempt to bypass platform protection, including IP rotation or session manipulation to exceed rate limits, is a breach of security protocols.

2. Content Standards & Integrity

Digital Noise: We prohibit spam, repetitive content, and low-quality automated text. Articles must demonstrate "Intellectual Breathing Room" and depth.

Hate Speech & Harassment: In alignment with EU Framework Decision 2008/913/JHA, we do not tolerate content that incites violence or hatred against individuals or groups.

Disinformation: Content deliberately designed to deceive or cause public harm will be restricted or removed under the EU Code of Practice on Disinformation.

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property

We enforce the EU Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market (2019/790). Do not publish manuscripts that infringe on the rights of others. Soogus provides a swift notice-and-takedown mechanism for rights holders.

4. Compliance & Sanctions

Violations of these rules trigger our "Clinical Dismissal" protocol. Content may be de-indexed, hidden, or deleted. Accounts found in breach—especially regarding Bot usage—will be permanently banned.

Under the DSA, we provide a transparent, human-reviewed internal complaint-handling system for all moderation decisions.
