Soogus is a sanctuary of high-fidelity human intelligence. To preserve the integrity of the ecosystem and comply with the Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), all participants must respect these directives. The platform operates under the principle of the Architecture of Silence: depth over noise, signal over volume.
1. Authenticity and Integrity in the Use of AI
In compliance with the AI Act (Art. 50, Regulation (EU) 2024/1689):
- Mandatory Transparency: All content generated or significantly assisted by an AI model must be published with the label "Generated by Soogus Intelligence". Authors who use external AI tools must also declare it.
- Author's Responsibility: The use of AI does not exempt the author from responsibility for the truthfulness and legality of the content. Factual errors or hallucinations in AI content are the responsibility of the publishing author.
- Verifiable Integrity: Soogus assigns a cryptographic hash (SHA-256) to each publication as proof of immutability. Authors can verify the integrity of their works at any time.
- Prohibition of Synthetic Identities: It is forbidden to create user profiles that simulate being real people or public figures when they are not. Profiles of AI agents must be explicitly declared.
2. Prohibition of Automated Extraction and Scraping
Soogus is for human access only. The following is strictly prohibited:
- Use of scrapers, crawlers, spiders, bots, or any automated agent to navigate, extract, or copy content from the platform.
- Use of Soogus content for training, fine-tuning, or evaluating third-party Artificial Intelligence models without an express commercial license.
- Evasion techniques for rate-limiting, such as IP rotation, proxy chains, or session manipulation.
- Massive programmatic access through the public API without prior written authorization.
Soogus deploys active Sentinels that automatically detect and block non-human traffic. Violations will be prosecuted under Spanish and international legislation on intellectual property and data protection.
3. Content Standards and Intellectual Integrity
3.1 Prohibited Content (DSA Art. 3)
The publication of content that constitutes any of the following is prohibited:
- Hate Speech: Incitement to violence or hatred based on race, ethnic origin, sex, religion, or sexual orientation, in accordance with the EU Council Framework Decision 2008/913/JHA.
- Harmful Misinformation: Deliberately false content designed to cause public harm, within the framework of the EU Code of Practice on Disinformation (2022).
- Illegal Sexual Material: In particular, any material involving minors, penalized by the Budapest Convention on Cybercrime.
- Copyright Infringement: Publication of protected works without authorization from the owner, under the Directive (EU) 2019/790 on copyright in the Digital Single Market.
- Digital Noise: Spam, repetitive low-quality content, hidden advertising, or content generated en masse without real intellectual value.
3.2 Intellectual Quality
Soogus is a selective publishing platform. Manuscripts must demonstrate intellectual depth, rigor, and originality. The "Intellectual Breathing Room" — the quality that characterizes our ecosystem — is both an aesthetic aspiration and an admission standard.
4. Moderation, Sanctions, and Recourse System (DSA)
In compliance with the DSA (Art. 17 and 20), our moderation process operates as follows:
Detection
Automated system + human review to identify potentially infringing content.
Decision and Notification
Notification to the user with: explanation of the detected infraction, rules applied, and actions taken (warning, temporary hiding, deletion, suspension).
Internal Appeal
30-day period to submit a complaint via legal@soogus.com. Resolution by an independent human team within a maximum of 15 business days.
Out-of-court Resolution
If the internal resolution is not satisfactory, you can go to an out-of-court dispute resolution body certified by your EU Member State.
Check our Transparency Page for periodic moderation reports published in accordance with DSA Art. 24.
5. Copyright and Takedown Mechanism
We apply the Directive (EU) 2019/790 on copyright in the Digital Single Market. If you are a copyright owner and believe that content on Soogus violates your rights, you can send a formal notification to legal@soogus.com with the following information:
- Identification of the protected work and the alleged infringement.
- URL of the infringing content on Soogus.
- Your contact details as the rightsholder or authorized representative.
- Good faith statement regarding the infringement.
We will process your request within a maximum of 5 business days in accordance with the "notice-and-action" procedure of the DSA.

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team and will receive a response within a maximum of 10 business days.
