These Terms of Service regulate the use of the Soogus platform. By accessing or using Soogus, you enter into a binding agreement with the Soogus Infrastructure. We operate under the rigorous legal standards of the European Union.
1. Governance and European Legislation
Soogus strictly adheres to the following frameworks to ensure a clinical and safe intellectual environment:
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): We recognize digital data as a sovereign extension of the individual. You have absolute rights to access, rectification, portability, and erasure.
- Digital Services Act (DSA): We maintain a transparent Architecture of Intelligence. Our moderation processes are clear, documented, and subject to human-led appeal mechanisms. We provide accessible channels to report illegal content or violations of our "Architecture of Silence."
- Digital Markets Act (DMA): We ensure fair competition and transparency in our recommendation algorithms.
2. Absolute Prohibition of Automated Interaction
The Soogus platform is a human-only sanctuary.
The use of any automated system, including but not limited to web scrapers, spiders, crawlers, autonomous agents, AI-driven navigators, and LLM training bots, is categorically prohibited.
Any attempt to navigate, extract, index, or copy content from Soogus via non-human means will result in immediate and permanent exclusion and potential legal enforcement under the EU Cybersecurity Act.
3. Intellectual Property and Sovereign Rights
Authorship: You retain the primary title to the manuscripts you publish. By publishing on Soogus, you grant us a non-exclusive, global license to host, archive, and protect your work within our network.
Content Integrity: Users are responsible for the clinical accuracy and legality of their contributions. Content must remain free of "Digital Noise" (spam, low-quality automated text, or deceptive promotions).
4. Exclusion and Moderation
Soogus reserves the right of exclusion ("Derecho de Exclusión"). We may deny or withdraw access to the Site and its services, without prior notice, at our own discretion or when requested by a third party, for any user who fails to comply with these General Conditions.
5. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
This Legal Notice shall be interpreted in accordance with Spanish and European legislation. All parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Valencia. If the User is a consumer, the dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the User's domicile.
