2. Payout Transparency

Soogus provides a "Clinical Audit" of your earnings. We measure "Deep Engagement" by human users. As per EU directives on platform-to-business relations, we are transparent about the factors influencing your visibility and compensation.

3. Strict Anti-Fraud Directive

We have zero tolerance for "Synthetic Yield." Any creator using click-farms, reading bots, or sybil accounts will be immediately expelled. Suspicious activities may be reported to relevant EU financial authorities under anti-money laundering and electronic fraud directives.

4. European Taxation

Soogus complies with EU VAT rules and reporting requirements (DAC7). If you are based in the EU, you must provide your VIES-validated VAT number where applicable.
